This is the one. Standard Florida pool-and-patio mesh. Bugs out. Leaves out. You still see the water. If you are not sure, start here.

Tighter holes than 18×14. For no-see-ums, sandflies, gnats — the ones you feel more than you see, often near water and at dusk.

SunTex® 80
Shade, not a blackout curtain. Cuts heat and glare so noon on the patio is usable. Cushions and floors fade slower.

So nobody sees in
Glas-Shield / privacy screen
18×14 fiberglass with a vinyl skin. From inside you still see out. From the sidewalk the patio is not a fishbowl. Also keeps dirt off the lower panels.

- Roof stays 18×14. We do not put Glas-Shield overhead
If you have animals
PetScreen
For dogs and cats. Harder to claw. We do not wrap the whole cage in it unless you ask — only where the animal sits, jumps, and uses the door.

How long does a rescreen take?
Most cages: 1 day. We confirm a start window with you — not a vague “sometime between 8 and 4.” Small patch jobs can be a few hours.

What if it’s the wrong size?
We measure on-site before cutting. If we get a panel wrong, we redo it. You don’t pay twice for our mistake.

Do you handle HOA / permits?
Yes for typical Broward / Miami-Dade / Palm Beach rescreens. We know Florida wind-load and HOA mesh rules for these counties. New full cages that need engineering are a different path — we’ll say so up front.

Is the online price final?
The builder shows materials in a clear range. Labor, access, and any frame repair are confirmed on the visit — nothing hidden as “we’ll see on site” after you already booked.
